Irish Intervarsities Championship

University of Ulster student Paula Grant took that Ladies Intervarsity title after signing for a final round of 79 at the cold and breezy Co. Laois venue.  This added to her opening 68 saw Grant win the event by eight shots from DCU’s Amy Farrell with Chloe Ryan of UCD a shot further back.
Ryan Gribben rounded off a memorable week for the Northern University by winning the men’s event with a sensational three under par 54 hole total of 211.
